Hi, I found the attached correspondence for Q5 but with a different tire size 235/55R19. Could you kindly recommend a proper snow chain/cable for my Q5 with 255/45R20 tires please?

For the 255/45R20 size tires on your 2018 Audi Q5 the Titan Chain Cable Snow Tire Chains # TC2029 will work perfectly. These are confirmed to fit your tires and their Class S rating makes them compatible with vehicles like yours that have limited wheel well clearance. They feature rollers that wrap around the cables to provide you with better traction in the snow.
Two cable chains are included in this set.
I do also recommend that you add some tensioners like the Titan # TCMA2 to allow for an even tighter fit around the tires. I have attached a couple short video demonstrations on these products you can check out as well.
