I do have a trunk bike rack that will fit your 2019 Ford Escape but unfortunately when I reached out to my contact at Yakima she said that the LittleJoe will not fit your vehicle.

If you don't have the Titanium Escape then the closest bike rack we have to the LittleJoe, when it comes to price and functionality, is the Saris Guardian 2 # SAR93FR.

Since both of those bike racks are entry-level bike racks I do recommend going with the Yakima HangOut # Y02637 instead. This comes with upgraded cradles that have integrated anti-sway cradles to help keep your bikes from swaying. It can carry up to 2 bikes with a total weight capacity of 60 lbs and only weighs 15.2 lbs. You can easily add locks with the security strap # Y02623 and cable lock # Y07233. You will need the lock cores # Y07202 as well to utilize the locks. We currently don't have a video of this installed on an Escape but I did attach a review video of this on a 2017 GMC Acadia so you can get an idea of what it will look like.
