AirBedz XUV Air Mattress # 341030 will require removing both the second and third row seats in your 2006 Lexus GX 470 in order for the mattress to fit perfectly flat.
The mattress is 66-inches long so the only way it would lay flat with the 2nd row seats still installed is if you had 66-inches from the back of the second row seats to the rear hatch. Otherwise with the 2nd row seats only folded down the mattress would indeed be at a different height at each end.
This mattress is available in other colors too: # 341031 for TAN and # 341032 for Realtree Camo.
All versions include the built-in rechargeable battery air pump as well as a patch kit.
