Can I use the Andersen Ultimate hitch with the TrailAir Road Armor king pin box on a 2019 Cougar 366RDS?

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter - 20,000 lbs # AM3200 is compatible with the TrailAir pin box you have when you use the Rota-Flex lockout kit. This unfortunately removes the extremely nice cushioning designed to be integrated into your pin box, so I recommend instead using the Demco Recon 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - 21,000 lbs # DM8550043 with your 2019 Cougar 366RDS.

The Demco Recon 5th wheel hitch weighs just 89 lbs and can be installed in two parts if desired. The base weighs 50 lbs and the head just 39 lbs. This hitch will allow all the benefits of the light weight 5th wheel hitch and will also be compatible with the cushioned pin box on your trailer. I think this is a much nicer option for you that also doesn't require adding safety chains because it is a 5th wheel hitch versus a gooseneck hitch which has different laws in certain states.
