Question:
I can find nothing about what is the replacement bulb for the glow-bright 122R/122Y. The bulbs installed have no markings. Dont need fixtures, just bulbs!

We don't carry that manufacturer and some online research indicates they may no longer be in business which if that is the case would be why. With no markings and no way to physically test the bulb for fit, all I can offer is a replacement. Have you pulled the bulb out and looked around the base for markings?
The closest dimension we have to replace them is 3-1/2 by 1 inch so I strongly recommend the # MC68RB and # MC68AB as replacement options that will work well.
