Does the 5th wheel had to be level to be able to install this item wm6700 ? Thanks in advance.

Ironically yes, you do need to use a level when installing the Wheel Masters Level Master Trailer Bubble Level # WM6700. Basically you want to use a level first to make sure the trailer is as level as possible and then install the # WM6700 with the bubble centered and your set. If you check out the install video I attached to this page you'll see how we did it.
