I do have an option for you but the Camco AccuLevel Trailer Bubble Level part # CAM25563 does not come with brackets or hardware to install. I recommend Wheel Masters Level Master Trailer Bubble Level with 5th Wheel Pin Box Mounting Bracket part # WM6780. The level comes with the mounting hardware needed. I have attached a photo for your reference.
If you do not want to drill into the pin box, I recommend Hopkins Never Fade Trailer Bubble Level Set part # HM08526 that is a stick on option. view full answer...
The trailer does have to be level or as close as possible to install the Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level part # HM08201 according to my contact at Hopkins. Please note, the Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level is designed specifically for the Hopkins Leveling Kit part # HM08200. If the Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level was not initially installed on a level trailer then the system would not correctly show level each time you went to activate it since the baseline reading was off. view full answer...
While we do have the stick-on graduated levels, each of them are in the 3 to 4 inch range like you mentioned and there aren't any that are larger. So the trade off of getting something like the 10 inch Camco AccuLevel Trailer Bubble Level # CAM25563 is that you would have to screw it in.
I can definitely understand now wanting to screw something into the outside of your trailer, so the only option for a stick-on graduated level is the Hopkins Graduated RV Levels # HM08525, or the Hopkins... view full answer...

The Camco RV Battery Powered Level # CAM25505 is factory-calibrated, but may need to be recalibrated from time to time to insure accuracy. If the EzLevel seems to be acting irrationally making it difficult to level the RV, please refer to the instructions below.
1. Place the EzLevel on a flat surface like a dinning table, oriented so that the EzLevel logo is on top (it does not have to be a level surface).

The largest stick on level we offer for RVs is the Hopkins Never Fade Trailer Bubble Level Set # HM08526 which measures 3-3/4" long X 1-1/2" wide.

I went to our warehouse to get the Hopkins Never Fade rearview trailer level # HM04026 to provide you a couple measurements.
The length is 10 inches, width is 1-1/4 inches and it is 3-3/4 inches tall.
I included a diagram and short video for you as well. view full answer...
Most people would mount the Hopkins Electronic Smart Level # HM08201 on the outside of the RV on the side of it close to the front so that they could crank their jack up and then have the easiest access to the level to see it and get back to the jack. Since a level works regardless of where it's installed front to back you really could mount it anywhere on your camper interior as long as it's on the side wall. view full answer...
I went out to the warehouse to take some measurements of the Hopkins Graduated RV Levels, Stick-On # HM08525 for you.
I found the level to measure approximately 3-3/4 inches long x 1-1/2 inches wide. Without the height of the logo, the level is 1-3/8 inches wide. Where the level is skinnier, it is approximately 1/8 of an inch thick. With the thickness of the level, it is approximately 1/2 inch thick.
The mounting holes are 2-3/4 inches apart on center. I confirmed with my contact... view full answer...

While we do not have a bluetooth leveling communicator for your iPhone, we do have a wireless leveling device that you can use.
It's the CIPA Wireless Trailer and RV Level with Hand-Held Device and LED Indicators, part # CM03001. From there, you can use your wedges and view the device simultaneously to make sure you are level. I've linked to a video review of this leveler... view full answer...
What you are experiencing just means that you need to calibrate the Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level # HM08201. To do this you need to set the Smart Level on a table and level it. Once the green bubble is where it needs to be you press and hold the green button. When you release it the top 2 lights should be flashing yellow. Once this happens just press the green button one more time and then the center green light should come on. I reached out to my contact at Hopkins who confirmed this. view full answer...
The levels in the Hopkins Graduated RV Levels, item # HM08525, are not specific to their mounting location. The Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level for RVs and Trailers # HM08201 is designed to give you a rough estimate of how much further you'd need to jack the trailer up or down to get it level. Each red light will indicate 1-1/2 inches that it needs to move up or down. This can also be set to 1 inch.
This was configured with the average RV length in mind so while it will work with your 45 foot long trailer you might find that the indicator lights aren't perfect in terms of the amount of... view full answer...
I believe that on your 1 inch flat surface, you could mount the Hopkins Cross-Check Trailer Level, # HM09615. Out of all the levels we have (see link) I think this one is most likely to work for you. view full answer...
Lets say you install this on the driver side wall of your RV and have it flipped out so that you can view it in your mirror. The level itself would still look correct as you look at it in the mirror. So if you were too high on the passenger side the indicator on the driver side of the green dot would illuminate. view full answer...

I did contact Hopkins and installing the Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level # HM08201 on an uneven surface like the dutch lap siding you've described could require modifications. We do have trailer levels that do not require drilling into your camper, but the Camco AccuLevel Trailer Bubble Level # CAM25563 does require drilling to mount it.
Since you (understandably) do not want to drill a hole in your camper I recommend the Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level # HM08201 which mounts onto your camper with adhesive backing. It can be used for side-to-side or front-to-back leveling, is easy to use with the press of its on/off button and is weatherproof to keep it... view full answer...

There is no specific location where you mount the Hopkins Graduated RV Levels, # HM08525. Personally I would consider where I would be standing as I worked to make the RV or trailer level and I would place the levels in the most convenient place for that process.

The numbers on the Hopkins Graduated RV Levels # HM08525 are just reference numbers and are not meant to indicate degrees or inches or feet. Basically it is a simple way to make sure the trailer is level on both sides. So if you are at 0 on one side and 2 on the other, in either direction, you know that one side is not level by 2. So you would want to get both to 2 or to 0 in that scenario. view full answer...
We haven't had complaints about using the included adhesive backing on level set # HM08525. If you do go with a different double-sided tape be sure to completely remove the existing adhesive. I do not foresee there being a problem but there is one thing that could cause anything that uses adhesive to loosen: heat. With a high enough temperature for a long enough period of time the adhesive will become more fluid and that could cause them to slip. view full answer...
On the Hopkins Graduated RV Levels, # HM08525, the level C is for front-to-rear level and can be installed on either side of the vehicle. The level 3 is for side-to-side level and can be installed on front or rear of the vehicle.
Read both levels (C and 3) and add the two numbers. The total is the number of inches required to raise the lowest corner of the vehicle.
The smallest of the two numbers is the number of inches required to raise or lower at the other corner on the low side. view full answer...
The Hopkins Never Fade Trailer Bubble Level Set - Graduated - Two Way - Stick On/Screw On # HM08526 you referenced does not come with mounting screws. Technically, yes, you could use double-sided tape to mount the Hopkins trailer level, # HM05515, to a surface. But you will want to consider that it will be exposed to the elements that could result in the loss of the level at some point. Or it could shift a little due to the impermanent nature of tape compared to screws. That would throw off the accuracy. view full answer...
The Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level for RVs and Trailers part # HM08201 was designed to be mounted closer to the front of the camper. At least as close as it takes to still be able to see it. The way it pivots allows you to watch it in your mirror as your pulling onto your leveling blocks.
While there will be a little flex since you are still connected to the truck for the majority of the leveling it doesn't effect it to a noticeable degree.
I've linked a video on it for you to... view full answer...
You will want to use a cobalt or titanium drill bit when drilling the 5/32-in pilot hole for the # HM09715 hitch level. These type bits are used for harder metal and will do a better job than just a steel or high-speed steel bit as they will dull pretty quickly and are better for softer metals and wood.

The leveler I recommend is the Hopkins Electronic LED Smart Level for RVs and Trailers # HM08201 because of how easy it is to use.
All you need to do is press the power button in the middle and you're set! After that you will use the LED display to ensure you are level front-to-back and side-to-side. When you are done you don't even have to turn if off, it will simply shut down on its own after 60 seconds of being inactive (motionless).

I spoke with Hopkins about the Hopkins Never Fade RearView Trailer Level part # HM04026 and they informed me that this device should work just fine for the -30 to -40 degree temperatures that you have in Minnesota but they didn't have an exact temperature range that the level is tested in. It does however come with a 90 day warranty so if anything were to happen in this time frame you would be covered. I spoke with my Hopkins representative regarding your question. Are you measuring for level with the # HM08201 LED smart level with the trailer hitched to the vehicle, or when it's up on the jack?

You are correct, the slotted section of the bracket on the Wheel Masters Level Master Trailer Bubble Level with 5th Wheel Pin Box Mounting Bracket # WM6780 is another option for mounting the level to your pin box.
I do not recommend using the slotted section as the only rear mount since as you mentioned it can cause the level to move if it is bumped, but instead I recommend using the two stationary holes as shown in the included video.

The Hopkins Graduated RV Levels # HM08525 are about 1/2" thick and have mounting holes that are 5/16" in diameter. Since these can be mounting in a variety of locations just make sure that your screws are a bit longer than 1/2" are the correct material for your mounting surface.
The tube that the bubble is in is actually sealed so there is no need to add caulk behind the unit for the installation. It wouldn't hurt anything but it isn't needed either. view full answer...

The Hopkins Graduated RV Levels # HM08525 can be mounted either with their self-sticking adhesive backs or by use of screws for semi-permanent installation. Since the self-sticking backs do not adhere to the faux leather fabric in your motor home you might consider using small screws or finish nails to mount them.
It may be possible to make small holes in the fabric that will not be too visible if the levels are removed. You first might try testing this idea in an out-of-the-way location... view full answer...
