What aftermarket bumper is compatible with this baseplate? Poison spyder, smittybuilt or other? 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Smittybilt SRC Carbine Front Bumper Black - 76744 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK Poison Spyder Brawler Lite Front Bumper with Shackle Tabs and Brawler Bar Black - 17-59-010DBP1

I do have an option for you but the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit part # RM-521448-5 is designed to be used with the factory front bumper on a 2018 Jeep JK Wrangler only. Unfortunately, Roadmaster does not test this base plate kit with aftermarket bumpers so there would be no way to confirm fit on the brands you mentioned (Poison Spyder/Smittybilt).

I took a look at both the Smittybilt 76744 SRC Carbine Front Bumper and the Poison Spyder 17-59-010DBP1 Brawler Lite Front Bumper. They have d-rings which means you should be able to attach a tow bar directly to these with an adapter. Therefore, you don't have to install a set of base plates at all. I was able to find out that the d-rings are 3/4" thick so you could use the Adapter for Jeep D-Ring Bumper Mounts part # RM-035 to attach almost any Roadmaster tow bar like the Roadmaster Nighthawk All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar part # RM-677.

I recommend you check with each manufacturer (Poison Spyder/Smittybilt) to make sure the d-rings can be used for flat-towing. If they can then you will be good to go with the above but unfortunately I cannot confirm fitment with the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit and any aftermarket front bumper.
