We have two Rad-rover ~ 60lb E bikes - looking for a rack and accessories to attach between 30foot Class A motor home and Honda CRv tow vehicle using Roadmaster Falcon All-terrain towbar.

Not all bike racks are rated for the rougher ride quality at the rear of a motorhome but the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Frame Mount # HLY84FR is and has a capacity of 80 lbs per bike so it would be perfect for your application. You are most likely going to need a dual hitch adapter like the part # RM-077-2. This allows you to carry a bike rack in the top hitch opening and tow your vehicle in the bottom hitch opening.
