If you have the 2019 Subaru Impreza Sedan (and not the 5-Door Wagon) then the Curt Class I Receiver Hitch # C11466 referenced in your question is confirmed to fit and will work perfectly. The custom hitch will use existing holes in the Impreza's frame for a no-drill installation and provide you with a 1-1/4 inch receiver and a 200 pound tongue weight capacity.

Curt does recommend that a stabilizing strap # 18050 be used with this hitch for any non-trailer load like a bike rack. This is a warranty requirement from Curt but adding a strap to a Class I hitch really is a good idea as even a 2-bike rack is going to have a lot of movement when attached to a light-duty hitch like this. The stabilizing strap does a great job of reducing this bounce during travel to protect both the rack and your bikes.

If you would rather not use a strap though we do have the Draw-Tite Class I Hitch # 24960 that is also confirmed to fit the 2019 Impreza Sedan but does not come with this same requirement. I have attached an installation video you can use for reference.
