Will a 2006 Honda Pilot etrailer.com trailer hitch fit on a 2018 Toyota Highlander Hybrid?

We do have an etrailer hitch for your 2018 Toyota Highlander, part # e98844, which fits both the Hybrid and gas models. This installs without drilling and it fits with a full-size spare tire so long as it is on a steel rim. The linked installation video, instructions and help article will show you the mounting process. As you'll see in the linked photo this hitch has a very clean appearance once installed.
The etrailer hitch # e98851 which fits the 2003 thru 2008 Honda Pilot does also fit the 2001 thru 2006 Acura MDX but it does not fit any years or versions of the Toyota Highlander. Usually common hitch fits happen only on "sister" vehicles, such as a Chevy Traverse and a GMC Acadia, both of which are made by General Motors.
