Will this work on stock LED tail lights? I have a 2019 Jeep JL rubicon came with stock LED tail lights. Does this work?

The Blue Ox Adventurer Tow Bar # BX7322 you asked about is compatible with your 2019 Jeep JL Rubicon as long as you don't overload its 5,000 lb capacity rating. The curb weight is 4,439 based on my research but if you load it up with cargo it could easily exceed the tow bar capacity. The vehicle capacity is 5,800 lbs. If you are careful, that tow bar will work for you.

My recommendation is to use a tow bar with greater capacity like the Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar - Car Mount - 2" Ball - 6,000 lbs # RM-501 instead.

If you use the Demco Tabless Base Plate Kit # DM9519336 you can get the same attachments on the tow bar for ease of use. This baseplate paired with the Stowmaster are my recommendations for your application. You will also need safety cables like # RM-643.

Because you asked about stock LED tail lights compatibility, I'm guessing you are looking at a kit like the Demco Tail Light Wiring Kit # DM9523010 which is not compatible with the LED lights on your JL. Instead I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which is similar and is compatible. I've attached a video to assist.
