How to Secure Wiring On the Buyers Products 2-Way Die-Cast Zinc Trailer Connector

How do you connect wires to plug. There are no screws to hold wires in plug.

Expert Reply:
After feeding the wires through the Die-Cast Zinc Trailer Connector # 337TC2012 and inserting them into the empty cavities, put the end of the connector back in place and secure it with the 2 side screws. Once this is done tighten the adjuster screw on the bottom of the connector to keep your wires in place (see attached photo).
Please note that 2 gauge wire is supposed to be used with this connector. If you are trying to use smaller gauge wire that is most likely your problem.
If you would like them to be installed a little more permanently then you could try soldering them in the pins as well. I spoke with my contact at Buyers Products who said both ways will work.
