When installing the B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1016 on your 2019 Chevy Silverado 2500 short bed the center of the 4 inch hole will be located 44-3/4 inches from the rear of the truck bed. I have attached an image from the installation manual that you can use for reference.
This gooseneck trailer hitch is confirmed to fit your Silverado and the hitch ball can be flipped upside down and dropped into the hitch for storage when not in use for a completely clean bed. The hitch has a 30,000 pound towing weight capacity.
I have attached an installation video that you can use for reference along with the complete instructions manual.
