Will these fit the Rhino Rack Euro Square system?

Technically yes the Thule Load Stops # TH503 will fit around the Rhino-Rack Euro Bar Crossbars, like part # RREB126B, but please note that the Euro bars are slightly smaller than the Thule SquareBars (1-1/4" wide x 7/8" tall), like part # TH712500, so there is some play once they are installed.
The next best option would be to replace your Euro bars with Thule SquareBars so that the load stops fit properly. If you let me know the year/make/model of your vehicle I can let you know what Thule roof rack will fit and allow you to utilize the load stops.
