Will the BWRVB3305 hitch base work with a 6.5 foot box on a Ford F350 2019 pickup?

Yes, the Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ford Super Duty part # BWRVB3305 will fit your 2019 Ford F-350 with the 6-1/2' bed. There is no difference between the prep package on a 6-1/2' or 8' bed. However, a fixed hitch should not be used in a 6-1/2' bed unless the trailer has a loft designed for short bed trucks which is rare or you are also using a rotating pin box. If you need a rotating pin box then please let me know what wing set you have on your trailer.
