Bike Rack Recommendation for Subaru Forester Towing PWC Trailer

Question:
Hi. I have a 2015 Subaru Outback with a 2inch x 2inch receiver. The inside top of the receiver is at 14inch above the ground. I currently use the receiver for my hitch mounted Thule bike rack see photo - sorry its a little salty at the moment. I wish to pull a PWC at the same time as carrying a bicycle or 2. The Curt D210 looks like what I need except I think the ball would be too low for the trailer coupler. I dont have the PWC and trailer yet but I assume that for it to be balanced the coupler and ball would need to be about 17inch above the ground. This means I would need something like the Curt D210 except with a 3inch rise instead of a 2inch . Does such an item even exist? Any other suggestions? Thanks for your help.

We don't have a version of the # D210 that has the ball mount platform with a rise instead of a drop. I know you have a really nice Thule bike rack but the only solution we'd have would be a towing style bike rack like the Swagman Traveler XCS part # S64664 which can attach to the ball mount you end up using and gives you a platform bike rack for two bikes.
For a ball mount then you'll want to first figure out what rise/drop you need. For info on how to do that check out the help article I attached.
