I spoke with my contact at Advent Air regarding the Rooftop RV Air Conditioner # ACM135B that you referenced and she did say that this unit features a port that will drain any condensation. It is designed to simply drip onto the roof and then drain off the side of the camper. If you wanted to make up some plastic tubing to attach to the port to more directly control the drainage you certainly could but it is not necessary.
