Question:

is this measurement on the plumbing pipe ID or OD. It seems that the plumbing coming up threw my roof is a 2 inch OD

LaSalle Bristol RV Plumbing Roof Vent # 34474558B is made to fit on RV pipes with an outside diameter of 1-1/4-inches or 1-1/2-inches.

The actual hole diameter through which the RV vent pipe will extend measures 1-7/8-inches as shown in the photo I prepared for you. I myself measured this item in our warehouse to be certain of the hole size.
