Yes, the crossbars in a ladder rack like the Thule TracRac TracONE # TH27000XT do have T-slots for accessory carriers like the Malone SaddleUp Pro Truck Bed Kayak Carrier # MPG1001. The SaddleUp's slot mount can be seen in the linked photo. These items will work fine together.
