Yes, the Thule OutWay 2 Bike Carrier, part # TH45JV, will fit your 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. It can carry 2 bikes with a maximum weight capacity of 66 lbs. Thule does not recommend the use of a 3 bike carrier on your vehicle.
If you are going to be carrying women's, childre's, or alternative frame bikes that do not have the horizontal bar at the top of the frame, you will want to use the Thule Bike Adapter Bar, part # TH982XT. It attaches to the center seat post and to the handlebar post and provides a horizontal bar, so the bike can ride level on the bike rack.
