I have a 2010 Sequoia with an OEM Hitch. Will this work? I like the design of the pin.

Yes, the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-516 that you referenced will fit and work great with the factory 2 inch receiver on your 2010 Toyota Sequoia.

This heavy-duty ball mount features up to a 12-1/2 inch drop or rise and a gross towing weight capacity of 12,000 pounds when used with the 2 inch ball. This capacity increases to 16,000 pounds when using the 2-5/16 inch ball but you will still need to adhere to the limits of your Sequoia if it is lower. The towing capacity of your vehicle will be listed in your copy of the owner's manual.
