Question:
There are multiple pace edwards utility rig racks with the same description, same installation manual. So what is the difference? Im just looking for the one that fits the t track on the ultragroove cover. Thanks

The many Pace Edwards Utility Rig Racks available, such as the part # 311-UR3007 that you were looking at, simply differ with regards to the particular truck model they are designed to fit.
With that being said, if you have a Pace Edwards UltraGroove Tonneau Cover installed on your Silverado, you won't be able to install one of these racks. The Utility Rig Racks are only compatible with Pace Edwards covers that feature the Explorer Rails (not the T-track racks that the UltraGroove is equipped with). These covers include the Bedlocker, JackRabbit, and Full Metal JackRabbit models from Pace Edwards.
I spoke with my contact at Pace Edwards and unfortunately the rails on the UltraGroove covers cannot be upgraded to allow them to be used with these racks.
The T-tracks on the UltraGroove are designed to work with roof rack crossbars and other accessories. To add a set of crossbars to these tracks I recommend the Yakima 60 inch JetStream Bars # Y00426 along with the Landing Pad # Y00221 and Towers # Y53TR to attach them to the tracks.
There is not a standard ladder rack available that will fit with your UltraGroove Tonneau Cover. If you would like to replace your existing tonneau cover with a Pace Edwards model that features the Explorer Rails please let me know the bed length of your Silverado and I will be happy to make a recommendation for both the cover and the utility rack.
