The Firestone Ride Rite kit part # F2550 is a confirmed fit for your 1999 Ford F-Series Super Duty and was designed to be compatible with an in-bed fifth wheel hitch rail kit like the Curt that you referenced. You should note that for your truck the correct rail kit is the part # C16443-204 and not the # C16448-204 that you referenced.
