Will U-Bolts of the Heavy-Duty Crossbar Fit Kit # RUBK Rust Easily

Question:
Will the metal parts on the fit kit rust when exposed to the elements? I just installed a basket from another company and after the first rain, ALL of the bolts are beginning to rust. Also, will this fit kit work with my 2018 TRD Off Road Toyota 4Runner crossbars? Thanks in advance,

The U-bolts of the Heavy-Duty Crossbar Fit Kit # RUBK that you referenced are zinc coated which means they will do an excellent job resisting corrosion. It would take years of weather exposure for them to start to rust most likely.
