I do have a solution for you but unfortunately we don't have any hitch extenders that fit the 3" receiver on your 2017 Ford F-350 and are at least 24" long.
What you could do is use the Curt Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeves # C45408 to go from 3" to 2-1/2" and then utilize the Curt Hitch Extension and Reducer # C45048 which goes from 2-1/2" to 2". This extension can be used in either the 34" or 24" length by cutting the shank itself. At the 24" length it has a max gross trailer weight (GTW) of 6,000 lbs and a max tongue weight (TW) of 600 lbs. When used with a weight distribution system those numbers are increased to 8,000 lbs GTW and 800 lbs TW.
Please note that it is recommended to use Stabilizing Straps # 18050 to carry accessories with the adapter bar.
