Is there a trailer hitch that can be used with my 2019 GMC Acadia? What about a wiring harness?

The trailer hitch I strongly recommend for your 2019 GMC Acadia is the Curt # C13293 because it is a bolt-on installation that will not require drilling into your Acadia's frame to install, and is designed so that much of the hitch is not visible, as you can see in the accompanying photo.
This Class III, 2" trailer hitch has a black powder coat finish which helps protect it from corrosion and also has a 5,000 lb towing capacity and 750 lb tongue weight capacity. The Curt # C13293 is made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty.
The wiring harness I recommend for your '19 Acadia is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118720 because it is easy to install; you will only need to plug it into connection points in your vehicle's rear cargo area.
