My lock is frozen and the latch is broken. Can I get a pair of complete latching hardware including keys?

In order to replace the lock cores on your Thule Summit 631 Cargo Box you will first need to drill out the ones you have now or call a locksmith to do it for you. Once the lock cores are removed you can then replace them with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders part # TH450200. I am not sure I know which part you are referring to as the handle but if you send me a photo I will do my best to see if I can get that replaced for you as well.
