The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C13383 is a fit for your 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and the trailer hitch I recommend for you because it has a 2" receiver tube opening and is a custom fit so no drilling is required. The hands free liftgate sensor I believe you are referring to will still work just fine with this hitch installed however, you will need to place your foot on either side of the receiver tube opening in order to activate it. This will be the case for all of the trailer hitch receivers for your Pacifica.

I have attached an install video of the trailer hitch on a similar year which will be the same as your 2019 as well as a photo of it installed.
