Does Curt C15036 Fit Below Rear Bumper of 2017 Nissan Titan XD

Question:
Does the factory hitch need to be removed, and then reinstalled, during the installation of this curt hitch?? I am hoping the answer is no, as lining up both hitches at the same time during install would be a huge pain. I am wondering if C15036 uses some of the same holes as the factory hitch does?? Or if it largely utilizes holes existing in the frame, that are currently not being used. Hence, there in case this hitch is installed.

The Curt Class V Receiver Hitch # C15306 is designed to install and sit beneath the factory hitch on your 2017 Nissan Titan XD. It would use holes on the frame that the current factory hitch does not use.
