I reached out to my contact at Bolt and they do not have a lock that is compatible with your 2006 Chevy Colorado. The options we have that are compatible with your truck are the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock with Handle - Manual - Black # PAL1700 or Chrome # PAL1700C which includes a separate key from your ignition key.
Another option is to use the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock - Power - Black # PAL8160 which connects to your truck's power locks but does not have the manual key option. If you do not have power locks, you can add a switch like # PAL9520 to give you that function for the tailgate lock.
