The Yakima HoldUp 4 Bike Rack - Platform Style - Tilting - 2" Hitches # Y02443-2 has a weight of 98 lbs without bikes on it. The two parts weigh 49 lbs each so you can use the HoldUp2 bike alone at that weight or add the additional 2 bikes at 49 lbs additional carrier weight.
When combined the rack has a total weight capacity of 200 lbs total with an individual bike weight maximum of 60 lbs.
With all the packaging the shipping weight is 114 lbs.
