You'll need a new rail kit but you can reuse the center section of your B and W Turnoverball rail kit. What you'd just need is the rail kit part # BWGNRM1016 with your current center section and you'd essentially have the # BWGNRK1016 which is the correct fit for your 2019 GMC Sierra 2500.
