According to Ready Brute they have adapters for all Blue Ox, Demco, and Roadmaster base plate kits.
If you have a 2018 Ford Fiesta ST model then you need the Blue Ox base plate kit # BX2650, but if you have the non-ST model then you can use either the EZ4 # RM-524438-4 or EZ5 # RM-524438-5. If you don't already have the correct adapter then part 857768004265 is for Blue Ox tow bars while parts 857768004289 and 857768004296 are for EZ4 and EZ5 Roadmaster base plates respectively.
In addition to the base plate kit, tow bar, and braking kit you will be using you also need safety cables, vehicle tow bar wiring, and possibly a high-low adapter.
If you don't already have these parts then I recommend using the coiled safety cables # RM-643 as they are designed to keep from touching the ground. For wiring I highly recommend the Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 because after the initial installation it is extremely easy to set up for towing. This kit also gives you the ability to add the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 to keep your battery charged.
Since the online version of your owner's manual says that the battery must be disconnected you may also be interested in the Automatic Battery Disconnect # RM-766 which makes disconnecting your battery as simple as pushing a button.
A lot of flat towing setups might require the use of a high-low adapter to keep the tow bar level while towing a vehicle. I have linked a helpful article for you to reference to see if this applies to you. If it does then I have also linked our selection of adapters for you to filter through.
Attached are some videos and written instructions for you to reference but it is also a good idea to check out your copy of your owner's manual for any specific instructions about flat towing your Fiesta.
