Winch Needed to Tilt Load from Vertical to Horizontal

Hi I want a winch that will tilt a rectangle load, dim 200cmx80cmx8cm 300kg, From vertical to horizontal its on a jig, so it does not have to lift the load. The problem is controlling the load speed after it has gone over its pivot point. Thanks Merry Christmas

It sounds like you are either needing to use a system like the Fulton 2.5K Winch # F143201 with a pulley like the part # BDW20027, or you need a vertical winch like the 4K Dutton-Lainson Ceiling Winch # DL11140.
Since winches are rated more for weight than for application it is a little difficult to gauge exactly what you need but if either of the options mentioned above don't work just give me a little more detail about what you are trying to do with maybe some weight and I can assist you further.
