Today we're going to review part # BDW20027. This is the Bulldog Snatch Block, has a cast iron housing, a nice red powder coat finish and a 24,000 pound breaking strength capacity. This block will increase your winches pulling power and it will also change the direction of your pull without damaging the wire rope. Again the pulley block itself has the cast iron housing with a nice red powder coat finish. Right up here is a forged alloy steel shackle with this easy open quick connect/disconnect shackle pin. You can just lift it up and push it out. When you do that you see that it releases your shackle.
Then to connect it back you just straighten it out, go ahead and push it through. Then it automatically will lock into place. Now the wheel right in here, this is a machine steel, 5 inch diameter wheel with bearings on the axle for easy turning and the other nice thing is you'll notice a grease zerk fitting right here. You can actually put your grease pin in there and pump grease into those axle barrings to keep it running nicely. Does have a maximum wire whirl diameter of 7/16 of an inch on this; has a 24,000 pound max load or breaking strength capacity and a 9,000 pound working load limit capacity. That should do it for the review on part # BDW20027.
