I need a 7-way wiring harness for my 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. The camper I will be towing has a 7-way and trailer brakes.

The 7-way I recommend for your 2018 Nissan Pathfinder is the Tekonsha kit part # 118273 because this kit comes with all of the needed relays and harnesses to activate the connector. I attached an install video for this kit on a similar 2017 Pathfinder as well. You will need a brake controller though to activate the trailer's brakes.
The brake controller I recommend is the Prodigy P3 part # 90195 because this brake controller senses the amount of braking your tow vehicle is applying and puts a proportional amount of braking on the trailer's brakes. It also has a display that uses full words instead of codes that would have to be deciphered. It's our best selling brake controller because of how well it works, how reliable it is, and how easy it is to use.
To install this controller only requires the custom harness for your vehicle part # 3050-P and you'd be set.
