The 62134G KSource OEM Replacement Side Mirror - Power/Heat - Black is the replacement drivers side mirror for 2003-2007 models but is not the correct fit for your 2002 Chevy Z71. You will instead want the K-Source Replacement Side Mirror - Electric/Heated - Black/Chrome - Driver Side # KS62026G or the CIPA Replacement Side Mirror - Electric/Heated - Black - Driver Side # CM27352. These mirrors are confirmed to fit 1999-2002 Silverado models.
