Can Tailgate Seal be Installed in Cold Weather

Question:
Can this be installed outside in cold weather? Id like to install it this week. Our weather will be 30-40 F. Will the 3M tape stick to my truck bed?

While you can install the TrailSeal Tailgate Gasket- A Tight Tailgate Seal # 834532001583 in colder weather the ideal temperature range to apply 3M tape is in the neighborhood of 60 or 70 degrees. Installing it in colder weather may lead to a weaker bond so if possible I recommend holding off until the temperature rises to install the seal.
