Question:
I have a class A motorhome on a Ford E450 chassis. I am pulling a 2010 Huynday accent and the motorhome is swaying left and right. I removed the steering damper and it is time to replace it. My question is will it be enough replacing the damper to correct the situation or it will be better to add a rear sway bar. Thank you

Adding a rear sway bar is the route to go. The sway is being caused at the rear of your motorhome because of the weight there as well as the fact you are towing a vehicle.
You mentioned having a Ford E450 Chassis (most of the time referred to as a class C motorhome although there are smaller Class A options) then I recommend the Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar for Motor Homes # RM-1139-147. This is compatible with the 1997 and newer vehicles.
If you have a Bus/Coach style Class A motorhome then you have a F53 chassis and the following are my recommendations:
For a 18K, 16K, or 15,700 lbs the # RM-1139-146
For a 22K, 24K, or 26K motorhome the # RM-1139-149
For the 20,500 lb motorhome the # RM-1139-145
For a steering stabilizer for a Class A like the Ford F53 Chassis, I recommend the # RM-RBK4-RSSA for 1989-1999 models, the # RM-RBK25-RSSA or # RM-RBK4-RSSA for 2007-2018 models.
If you want a specific fit, let me know your motorhome year make and model and I'd be happy to assist.
