Roadmaster's Reflex Steering Stabilizer works to return your vehicle to center when something happens that causes it to swerve or jolt. As a result, you won't have to oversteer in an attempt to stay in line, thus minimizing road fatigue.
The stabilizer attaches to your vehicle's tie rod on one end and to the frame on the other. A heavy-duty steel spring runs the length of the rod, constantly working to keep steering controlled. If you steer your vehicle one way and it gets pulled the opposite way, the spring will stretch momentarily and then quickly pull back to its normal state. If you oversteer your vehicle in the same direction it is already moving, the spring will compress for a moment but then push back out to its prior state. No matter how you steer or how the frame is pushed or pulled, your vehicle will always return to center.

Test drive was a “remarkable” difference than before.
The hardest part is getting the U-boats off and back on again with 250 pounds of torque took me about an hour and I’m 73 years old so I think anybody could do it. We took it out for a test drive and it makes a big difference with the wheel coming back to center, even my wife found it easier to drive. There is know more drifting.
Ordering was easy to find the right part . Delivery was on time. Was a very easy install. Installed on 2018 Tiffin Allegro
I had the steering stabilizer installed. It performs as expected. I am glad I put in on. Now I can drive with less stress.

It is doing its job. Keeping the coach from swaying too much.
After watching a few YouTube videos and reading the fine print of the instructions, I was able to install this steering stabilizer with limited issues. The only problem I had was self-inflicted by overtightening one of the U-bolts because I didn't know how to properly use my new torch wrenches. I was able to find a similar size to replace one of the U-bolts and the stabilizer is working great!
Product fit perfectly, no complaints about that at all.
etrailer’ s customer service is second to none, extremely helpful and knowledgeable not to mention that you talk to a real live person.
The shipping was perfect and on time, not like dealing with the big Amaz— web site where their shipping is not so good or on time.
As it turns out etrailer price is as good or better than the others, so with fantastic customer service, fantastic shipping, access to REAL LIVE people why would you go anywhere else?

Even though I installed the item RMK25-RSSA it did not preform well. The wind blast from sims- trucks would move the RV over, the unit did not recover well.
Works as advertised, installation is straightforward if you follow the installation instructions. Only difficulty encountered was retightening/torquing leaf spring u-bolts to 250 ft/lbs. It’s helpful to have a trained gorilla to handle the torque wrench!
this works great. installation was easy and adjusting took a couple of tries, crowns in the road and windy conditions didnt help, but driving the coach is much more enjoyable.
Had one issue with shipping NOTHING to die with etrailer!! The shipper lost the package, I contacted etrailer on friday and by tuesday I had the missing item. Excellent customer service will continue to shop with them. Ask a question and they will get you an answer. Have an issue they will resolve it. Can’t ask for anything better. Thanks etrailer
It was for a customers motorhome
I installed myself. Pretty simple to install. Traveled Utah, Idaho and Wyoming with no issues. Well worth the price and the comfort of traveling. Took the working out of driving a Class A motorhome down the road.
Great product. I wouldn’t have coach with out it. Handles great in cross winds and when trucks pass

Sure. It pulled and was very heavy on the steering. Had to over correct to keep it stable. Plus it caused heavy jarring when on the road. Husband took it off and all was better. We tried to sell on line but the shipping was too much. Cant you take it back with a discount. It’s just collecting dust

Based on the information so far I know that the steering stabilizer ordered was the incorrect stabilizer for your motorhome. The main stabilizer is the same across vehicles - it is the mounting hardware that changes. I would like to find the correct hardware that you need. I do need to know what the GVWR of the motorhome is and if it has a V10 engine.
Handling of the rv is so much better with this bar on. Great investment. Easy to put on we did it ourselves at a campground, took us about 20 minutes.
Don't hesitate to purchase as you won't regret it.
Why doesn't Ford make this standard on their equipment? This device made my RV so much easier to drive. Driving for six hours is now a pleasant experience versus what it used to be.
I have had this product installed for a year now. It has greatly reduced my driving fatigue on long trips.
I had to modify gusset on barcket to clear tie rod, works great on the road.
A must for anyone who owns a motor home with the Ford F53 chassis.
