For a trailer hitch with a 10,000 gross trailer weight towing capacity that will fit your 2007 Ford E-450, I recommend the Class V Universal Weld-on Receiver Hitch part # 15903. This hitch as the title states is a universal option that will fit frame rails spaced between 18" to 60" apart so your 43" rail spacing will not be a problem whatsoever. It also has a greater towing capacity than you need, 15,000 lbs which is never a bad thing.

Please note that in order to install this trailer hitch on your E-450 you will need to cut and drill/weld the mounting brackets as it is a universal fit option. This does however allow for you to select where you would like to place the receiver tube opening.

Unfortunately, they don't make a custom bolt-on option for the E-450 so this will be your only option.
