Is there a trailer hitch available with a 2inch receiver that is confirmed to fit a 2016 Honda H-RV ? for use with my bike rack.

For your 2016 Honda HR-V, the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 306-X7322 is a fit and will allow you to use a 2 inch compatible bike rack. I've attached a photo of how this hitch will look on your vehicle. It will have a nice hidden cross tube and will not interfere at all with your ground clearance.
