Is there a remote I can buy for this Fan? I have the Fan installed already but would want a remote wired or IR.

The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat - Powered Lift - 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" # FV803350 unfortunately does not have a receiver so a remote for that fan/vent is not an option. You can hardwire it to a switch, but that only will give you the fan speed or power options. To get the remote feature you would need one of the following vents:
