Question:

I have a 2010 Tiffin Phaeton40qth MH with a Fantastic Fan. The lift opens but the fan does not work. I assume it is the motor. When I look at mine, there is a 3” motor on top of the fan, model B2000RBT. Is your part #FV803350 a direct replacement? Or do I need something else? My fan has a reverse In or Out and looks like a temperature sensor. It is a 12 VDC - 25 watt motor but i do not see the RPM. Looks like the motor is from 2009.

To replace the fan motor for your Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # FV803350 you'll need the Replacement Fan Motor Assembly Kit for Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Fans # FVK8017-00. This is going to replace the motor, fan blade, and bow-tie bracket in your vent since the motor is built into the fan and not it's own separate piece.
