Fan-Tastic Vent Fan FV803350 Compatibility with Existing RV Wall Switch

Question:

I have a 2010 Winnebago Tour it has two roof vent fans in it. The one in the bathroom went out and I need to replace it. Both vent fans work off of a wall switch that raises the dome and turns on the fan. My question is if I replace my fans with the FV803350 will they work off of the wall switch,without modification?

You should be just fine replacing your two roof vents with the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent # FV803350 since these fit the standard 14-1/4 x 14-1/4-inch RV roof opening size. Since you are replacing two 12V powered vents with two similar units your existing switch should work but the air direction and thermostat functions will be operable on the new fan units themselves.

If you want to check it for an amperage rating that's not a bad idea. Each of the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vents # FV803350 will draw a maximum of 4-amps @ 12V.
