Do you have 3 inch carriage bolts for the Cascade ski cargo box? Sorry but I do not know the year of the Cascade the existing ones are rusty and go into the triangular plastic wing nuts.

I spoke with my contact at Thule and they said the carriage bolts you will need for the Thule Cascade ski cargo box is the Thule Xadapt3 Load Bar Adapter, part # THXADAPT3. This kit will include eight bolts and the size of the bolts are M6 x 80mm, which are 3.15 inches in length.
The Thule M6 x 75mm Carriage Bolt, part # TH10403, you have referenced will not be the correct bolt for your Thule Cascade ski cargo box.
