Ive got a 1990 e350 diesel ambulance with a quigley 4x4 kit on it. Id like to put a. Class V hitch on it but cant seem to find one. Any suggestions? Thank you

The best option for a trailer hitch that can install on your 1990 Ford E-350 with an ambulance body is a weld-on hitch like the Draw-Tite Class V # 41990. You will just need to add either the 7 inch drop brackets # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916. I do recommend having the installation done by a qualified professional welder.
Because of the lower body at the rear of ambulance models there isn't a traditional bolt-on custom hitch available that is confirmed to fit. I have attached the written installation instructions that you can also check out.
