The towing mirrors I recommend for your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 are the CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM10950 because of their large mirror face, easy adjustability and simple installation.

The CIPA Custom Towing Mirrors # CM10950 have a mirror face which is 6-3/4" tall x 4-1/2" wide to give you an optimal rear view so you can see more of what is behind you, increasing your safety They are also very easy to install as you will only need to slide them over the outside of your Sierra's mirrors and tighten a knob to secure them.

The tight fit these towing mirrors provide also means there is going to be very little vibration as you are traveling so the reflection in the mirror will remain clear.
