I checked your owners manual and did not find the schematic but was able to find some info online. Behind your glove box, you will need to install 3 relays, 1 brown for running lights and two blue one for each side turn signal. Make sure these are in the correct locations. If you have these relays and the turn signals still don't work, you may need to replace them using the Curt # C57000. If you know the relays are good and still don't have the signals, then I recommend checking the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock pins of your 7-way using the circuit tester like # PTW2993 for function. If you don't have function, I recommend taking your truck to a dealer to have them help.
If you have signal at your 7-way, then the issue is on the trailer and is usually a ground connection issue. Check the connection at each tail light as the lights often ground through the mounting hardware. The connection needs to be bare metal to metal and free of corrosion or debris.
